Journal 1
What Ulysses look like
Ulysses is a very smart man.
He is able to solve problems easily.
He has a very good sense of spotting if something is wrong or not.
For example, when he and his men were passing an island without any defense, his men knew they should attack, but Ulysses had a bad feeling and he was right.
But there really was soldiers but just that they didn't see them.
He is a highly trained hero in the art of sword fighting.
Ulysses has a wide, grooved brow,sunken eyes and red hair.
Journal 2
In this chapter Ulysses and his men go to the island named Lotusland,
also called the island where Morpheus sleeps.
Morpheus is a god who gives dreams to men.
All his men where exhausted, and they landed in the island to get some sleep.
While they were sleeping Lotus-Eaters came and put a Lotus around them so when they woke up they ate the flower and went back to sleep.
Then Morpheus came and saw that the men were having bad dreams, so he made the dreams about their homes and family.
When Morpheus came to Ulysses he knew he was a hero, so he could not help him.
Then when Ulysses woke up he knew that the flowers were making them sleep.
Therefore, he woke all his men and sailed away from the island.
Journal 3
It would be very hard to live in the cannibal beach.
First of it would be trouble if the cycle of night and day were quicker be too much of night time.Ulysses was not able to easily find out that because you would not be able to know how much time passed by.Not only that, if they were quicker the morning would not be as long as we are used to or there might be too much of night time. Ulysses could not easily tell that the trees were giants because they blended in with the background so much that it was impossible to know that it was a giant unless you climb up the giant.''

Ulysses thought that the ghost were just trying to make him feel doubtful and that he wondered why they would be more wise when dead that alive.Then he finds out that all the predictions are coming true. When he found the wondering rocks he knew that he would have to do every thing alone and that the advice that the ghost told him could not help him survive. i GOT lost in disney world and i had to decide to find the police or just stay in the same place
Journal 5
I would fight as hard as ulysses for my family.
I would do everything that i can do to see my family and fight all the monsters that ulysses fought.
