Why did Ulysses' men betray him and open the bag of winds from Aeolus? What happened to those men?
Ulysses' man betrayed him and opened the bag of wind because the man thought that Ulysses was not dividing a great sack of treasure that Aeolus gave. When Ulysses was sleeping, the mens were trying to open the bag with the knife but the bag was twisted in a strange knot. So It didn't come out. When the men scratched with the knife, suddenly the winds screamed and went crazy and the wind which were in there went back into the air, and went back again to where they first arrived, the Bronze Wall. Their mans were about to arrive in their home town but because of those greedy mans, they couldn't arrive to their home.

What would it be like to live on Cannibal Beach? What problems would it create to have a quicker cycle of day and night? How do you think this kept Ulysses from discovering what the trees were?
It would be really demanding to live on Cannibal beach because it's different from where I live and the ogres live at the Cannibal beach.. Also, the lack of supply will make hard to live on the Cannibal Beach. If day and night change fast then it would be hard to know the time and you will have problems in the night. Also, since it is dark it will be hard to get food and shelter. Because it was too dark, Ulysses thought that the ogre's leg was a tree and the mens were dead by the ogres.
